Refurbishment and Fit-Out of Career Pathway Centre

Grenfell Build was engaged to transform an Industrial Pre-fabricated Steel Structure Shed into a Career Pathway Centre.

The project involved refurbishing the existing ground floor and constructing a new mezzanine floor to accommodate office space, classrooms, and amenities.

This completed project provided Rirratjingu Aboriginal Corporation with a modern, functional facility to support career development and community initiatives in Yirrkala, NT

Scope of works included:

• Design and construction of the proposed Career Pathway Centre

• Obtaining necessary building permits, insurances, and certifications.

• Coordination of design management with client

• Demolition and relocation of existing structures

• Renovation of bathrooms, kitchen, and office spaces

• Construction of new fencing and gates

• Painting of interior and exterior surfaces

• Installation of new mezzanine floor with office, classroom and amenities

• Electrical fittings and fixtures installation and final detailed clean
